In partnership with the Festival de Jaugette, Manoir des Arts in Obterre, led by Irina Kataeva
Last year, we had the privilege of listening to Georgian music, thanks to Simha Arom, a passionate ethnomusicologist who is doing us the honour of returning this time with Gamako to discover the polyphonic songs of the Central African Republic.
This ensemble made up of four percussionists and a dancer brings together African musicians of various nationalities: Gabon, Madagascar, Ivory Coast, with their traditional instruments including djembes, doums, yabara, sanza … to make the stables of the castle ring.
